Personally, I found the rainfall showerheads in the bathrooms a bit underwhelming. But hey, that's just me.

The room was immaculately clean and gorgeous, with free Wi-Fi. The beds were comfy, view over swimming pool was DELIGHTFUL. The staff were very very helpful throughout my visit. Also, location was exceptionally nice, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Hoi an Impression Theme Park. The bus stop was 800 feet away.

Everything was fantastic here, the hotel was very clean and in a great location close to the old quarter, and the service was impeccable; we also had a room with a beautiful view.

Impressed with this place, it totally met our needs. Would totally recommend it to everyone. 🌟 the breakfast spread was huge, with so many choices to pick from.

Convenient location between the beach and the old town, with free bikes and shuttle bus provided. Super helpful and friendly staff who genuinely care about their guests. The hotel even provided shower foam and lit essential oils, making our bathing experience truly aromatic and relaxing. The swimming pool was beautifully decorated with lanterns and flowers, creating a serene atmosphere. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and we were impressed by the level of cleanliness maintained throughout. The shuttle bus service and bicycle rentals made getting around easy and hassle-free. We can't wait to come back to this hotel in the future!

The hotel's decoration is absolutely lovely, with beautiful lanterns and flowers everywhere. The general areas, like the lobby and restaurant, were very well-maintained and clean. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel had ramps and elevators, making it easily accessible for me to move around. The staff was also very helpful and attentive, always willing to assist me with any needs I had.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the hotel could have more frequent shuttle bus or motorbike rides to the town. This would be especially helpful for those of us who may not be able to walk long distances.

The staff was very friendly and attentive during my business trip. The breakfast had a good variety of Western and Asian dishes, with a live cooking station for eggs and noodle soup. The hotel is conveniently located in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The massage at the SPA was extremely relaxing after a long day of work.

The drinks by the pool and at the restaurant were overpriced compared to other places in the area. The pool area did not receive sunlight after noon, which was a bit disappointing.

This hotel offers excellent tours, including a cooking class and My Son tour. the staff, especially Gloria and Thang, are fantastic hosts. the location is convenient with free shuttle buses to the old town and a short walk to local restaurants. the breakfast is exceptional, with a wide variety of dishes. the hotel also has a lovely swimming pool and provides free bikes for guests to use.
